many compliments about the food and the menu and their
accommodations in general.
You have a
great team. Dan and I were so very pleased. We
also brought back chicken, green beans and cake. Next
time I know to bring my zip lock baggies.
You did
what you said you were going to do. Took my worries
away!

Mike,
I wanted to tell you how much we appreciated your catering
the meals for our conference last week. It was such a relief
to let someone else prepare and serve the meals. Your staff
did a most excellent job for us, and, as always, we enjoyed
having Paige, Donna and the others on campus.
The food was very good, and we received many, many
compliments on the meals. I am a firm believer that if you
feed someone well, they go away satisfied even if other
things may not meet their expectations. And, we definitely
fed everyone “well”!

I
just wanted to drop a Thank you for the great job on the
Holiday dinner you prepared for us at the Gazette.
Everyone raved about how good the food was and a lot of folks
felt this was one of our better dinners for Christmas for
quite some time. I have to give you a lot of the credit
due to you and your group preparing the food and the meal was
the main part of the gathering.
