I have 32 years experience in food service.  I have held positions such as General Manager, District Manager, Production Manager and Director.  I have worked for Pizza Hut, The Choice Smorgasbord, University of Nebraska, and Golden Corral.  I am currently the contractor of the café and catering at Lockheed Martin Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I also own Melting Pot Catering, Inc. which does catering of all kinds of events, big or small.

I started Melting Pot Catering, Inc. on May 2, 2002.  My commitment today and always has been to excellent food, very professional set-up and friendly service.

We feature such items as hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, hand carved prime rib, seafood, bbq, Oriental, Mexican, Italian, pizzas, cookouts, vegetarian dishes, desserts & beverages.  We can offer a taste test of your menu selection.

We can supply all services for your event, including linens, china, glassware, tables, chairs, bartenders and full table service.  We can make suggestions, of companies we have worked with in the past, for D.J.’s, florists, cake decorators & chocolate fountains.

We work with many event centers in the surrounding area such as, The Historic Pinecrest, Hillside Gardens, Garden of the Gods Trading Post, Secret Gardens and La Foret in Black Forest.
